This is a challenging time for all of us as our nation and the world continue to grapple with the current events. I remain amazed at the collective selfless response by those serving on the front lines – from healthcare workers and first responders, to utility workers, grocers, members of the trade, delivery drivers and those adjusters and claims representatives within the insurance industry. We are Taking the Safety of our Clients into Consideration

Due to the nature of our business, even during these fluid times, we sometimes have to schedule in-person appointments for various types of inspections. Because of the current circumstances, please be assured we’re taking additional precautionary measures:

  • Before scheduling an onsite appointment, our representatives will be asking various questions to ensure that our clients can provide a safe work environment for themselves and for our team members.
  • Team members who must meet with clients are being equipped with additional protective equipment and tools to help protect themselves and our clients.
  • Our field team members are taking additional precautions, including practicing social distancing and utilizing personal hygiene safeguards.

  • To support social distancing, we have transitioned our office staff to work from home.
  • We’re providing, when appropriate, leave and paid sick leave benefits for qualifying team members pursuant to the expanded Family and Medical Leave Act and Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
